AccordingtotheFBI,victimshavereportedbeingthreatened,robbed,kidnappedandevensexuallyassaultedbyindividualsposingasfederalofficers.SomeoftheincidentsoccurredinNewYork,FloridaandNorthCarolina,thebulletinsaid.
